Naked is a brand and marketing agency based in Hingham. We totally transform the image and grow the reputations of businesses looking to inspire change. Our mission is to help local companies become national brands and our approach is stripped-down and straightforward.

Our clients are mainly locally-based companies. We support them with brand, design and creative and marketing communications services, both digital and offline. We’re looking for a special someone to knit together our service offerings, build strong relationships and play a significant role in growing the agency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as main point of contact and through strategic problem solving and clear communication, act as trusted advisor. You thrive on their success as much as your own.
  • You’ll love to meet new people, build relationships and understand how businesses work. Prospecting, attending new business meetings and delivering proposals.
  • Use expertise of marketing to align client’s strategic goals and agency capabilities. Making sure of the delivery of services to clients that are within their budget and meet their needs.
  • Analyse and assess marketing performance, providing context, insights and recommendations according to client objectives. Present performance reviews to clients.
  • Manage and oversee multiple projects for clients across different industries and sectors simultaneously. Collaborating with internal/agency resources as well as external partners to create consensus and deliver work on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Identify and secure new clients. Develop and lead marketing campaigns to attract new clients to Naked.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, creating a collaborative and supportive work environment. Lead & manage partner support to deliver coherent campaigns.
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss goals and find new ways to improve business.



  • 2+ years agency experience working in a client-facing role.
  • Understanding and demonstrable experience of marketing across a range of sectors and industries.
  • Own car and full UK driving licence.
  • Personable, effective communicator, able to create consensus – both verbally and in writing.
  • Proactive and strategic thinker – driven by opportunities to grow.
  • Organised with strong time management skills to deliver results.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Collaborative – working with others to deliver on objectives.
  • Persuasive, able to sell work and ideas, and respond positively to feedback.
  • Flexible, and able to solve problems.
  • Resilient and positive in difficult situations.
  • Hungry and driven to grow and develop personally and professionally.
