Should I change my domain name to help my SEO?

Most probably no. Your domain name has most likely built up a history and reputation with Google, an element of trust if you like.

Your domain is also likely to be linked to your brand in some way, and it’s important that you remain consistent in the long run.

Is SEO all about using keywords as much as possible?

Search Engine Optimisation used to be primarily stuffing as many keywords into a sentence as possible. But those days are long gone, and today marketeers are having to refine their approach to ensure success in the search engines.

There are many factors that weigh into Google’s various algorithms, and maintaining a clear focus on what you are trying to achieve has always been a sure way to rank well.

A clear focus on what you want the website to achieve, coupled with what your customer is hoping to get from your website, will help you to dial in on the keywords you should target.

Should we be writing as much content as possible to help our SEO?

Content is vitally important to your website for a number of reasons. First and fore mostly it is an opportunity to let your customers and potential customers know about the services and products you offer. Secondly, Google likes to see real and relevant content on web pages.

But writing as much content as possible is not the answer. Writing real, relevant and helpful content is.
