The Role

As our Client Services Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving Naked’s commercial success. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will:

  • Generate New Business: Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities for the agency, build relationships, and manage opportunities from initial conversation to starting work.

  • Grow Customer Relationships: Strengthen bonds with our clients, recognise new opportunities to add additional value and support customer marketing objectives.

  • Lead Marketing-Driven Growth: Help shape and execute campaigns that grab attention, generate leads, and reinforce Naked’s positioning.

  • Collaborate & Deliver Impact: Work closely with our in-house team of design and digital experts and as well collaborate with external partners to both win and deliver high-quality, impactful work

  • Track & Report: Monitor pipeline health, measure progress, and provide insights to guide strategic decision-making.

Our office is based in Hingham, Norfolk. You will be expected to be in the office on a weekly basis. Our hybrid working policy allows for up to 2 days per week working from home / remotely. It is essential you have your own car with a full clean driving license. 

Essential Experience 

  • Client Relationship Management – Experience nurturing and growing existing client accounts, building valuable partnerships
  • New Business Development – Demonstrable track record of generating new prospects and closing opportunities
  • Sales Pipeline Management – Experience managing CRM systems for tracking and reporting opportunities through all stages.
  • Networking & Prospecting Skills – Comfortable attending events, making connections, and creating opportunities proactively.
  • Pitching & Proposal Writing – Ability to create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Delivery Oversight – Strong awareness of project progress, client expectations, and scope to ensure commitments are met. Act as a key stakeholder in delivery.
  • Marketing Awareness – Strong understanding of marketing principles and how creative services (branding, campaigns, digital) add value to client businesses.

Desired Experience 

  • Creative or Marketing Agency Background – Experience in an agency environment or working with creative/marketing teams.
  • Strategic Input – Experience shaping value propositions, contributing to positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution – Practical involvement in planning or running lead-generation or brand-awareness campaigns.
  • Use of Marketing Automation Tools – Familiarity with tools for CRM, email marketing, or social prospecting.

Benefits

We’re offering £36k-38k OTE depending on experience. Private medical insurance, regular team events, 23 days starting holiday allowance, excluding Bank Holidays – increasing 1 day each year to a max of 28 days.
