The full brand treatment from a specialist
Engage Health Systems was born as part of a transformation from old brand, Wiggly Amps. A change of name, building, identity and attitude – through a series of workshops, Engage built a culture around the philoshophy of ‘Be more Daft Punk’. That means work it harder, make it better, do it faster, makes us stronger.
Our task involved bringing the culture to life through brand communication – design and tone of voice. Done in a way that would connect with both customers of Engage Health Systems and team members.
With a strong digital focus, we developed an icon that could be used and recognised easily across social media and other digital applications including internal software. The icon, ‘Smilee', was incorporated into the logo to represent happy customers at one end, and their happy patients at the other.
Naked worked extensively with the team at Engage to embed the brand and mindset into the company culture. One of the ways this was communicated was through a CD case brand book given to every employee (or band-member).
"The feedback from your creative has been epic! There is a real buzz around the business."
The transition from an established brand to new is always a difficult one, as what you know and feel comfortable with is replaced with new and unfamiliar ideas. So it is especially pleasing that as the new Engage Health Systems branding has rolled out across internal and external communication, it has provoked a positive reaction with customers and has energised and united the team at Engage, helping to embed a culture that can drive the business forward.
