The Challenge
Applewood Countryside Park approached us with the goal of increasing online bookings and strengthening their digital presence. Standing in the way was a website with no clear messaging or user flow, a brand lacking a clear story, limited social media presence, and no outward conquest advertising to speak of.
Branding
Building on their existing brand identity, we delivered a subtle rebrand that modernised the visual presentation while retaining the character and recognition that guests already associated with the business.
Website
Alongside the refreshed branding, we designed and developed a new website focused on driving online reservations. The site was optimised for user experience, mobile performance, and conversion, making it easier for prospective guests to browse accommodation options and complete bookings online.
Paid Advertising
With the new website in place, we launched a targeted Google Ads campaign, allocating the majority of the available marketing budget towards generating high-intent traffic and maximising return on investment. The campaign was built around a clear objective: increasing monthly bookings by 20% year-on-year. Through ongoing optimisation and data-led decision making, this target has been consistently achieved.
Social Media
To further support growth, we also expanded Applewood Countryside Park's social media presence, helping to increase brand awareness, engage with potential guests, and strengthen their online community.
Results
The combined strategy of branding, website development, paid advertising, and social media marketing has delivered measurable results and positioned the business for continued growth. Through targeted digital advertising, Applewood Countryside Park has seen a consistent 20% increase in bookings month-on-month year-on-year, with an average overall increase of 30% in monthly bookings year-on-year.
