Abacus Hotels operates 3 hotels in Norfolk, previously operating under the Best Western brand. Le Strange Arms, Knights Hill and Orton Hall hotels were breaking free and needed their own identities and independent user-friendly websites to re-establish and grow their position in the market.
After 6 months of the website launches, online bookings were up 506% and online revenue was up 550%
Following a successful branding exercise, where we created a family of hotel brands that sit under the Abacus umbrella, the key objective was to design and develop fully-functioning e-commerce websites in order to take direct online bookings. An important step, once built, content could be live-edited and marketing activity could be focused to drive visits and bookings via the platform. Our relationship with Abacus evolve to more of a partnership, as ongoing marketing support saw Naked helping with planning, creating, delivering and reporting on marketing campaigns and activity, both on and offline.
