David Lloyd

Managing Director, Naked Marketing

With a whopping 20+ years’ experience in the creative industry Dave is a design powerhouse. On top of producing brief crushing work for clients of all shapes and sizes, Dave co-leads the Creative Team and manages the studio. Oh, and he’s our co-founder, without him we quite literally wouldn’t be Naked.


Dan Bradfield

Creative Director, Head of Design and Branding

Naked and proud since 2009 Dan co-leads the creative studio with Dave. A branding legend, there’s no exploration, strategy or design challenge he can’t tackle. Dan loves to get stuck into the creative process and is very hands on, leading projects across a variety of platforms and media.  


Jodie Cole

Senior Creative

Jodie’s smile has been lighting up the Naked studio for over 14 years. An award-winning designer, with a flair for photography and a talent for creating mega motion graphics, Jodie’s unique style breathes life into all manner of client projects.

With bucketfuls of branding experience, a love of layout and a knack for UX design, Katie brings heaps of skills to team Naked. A NUA alumni and previously design lead at a Norwich agency Katie is a pretty cool person to have working on your project.


Simon Foster

Senior Artworker

Where precision, wit and specifics are concerned Simon is unrivalled. His 25+ years of industry experience have equipped him with an impeccable eye for detail and an uncanny ability to solve design challenges. Simon also holds the accolade of ‘chief proof-reader’, nothing leaves the studio without him casting his eyes over it.


James Hale

Director, Head of Marketing & Digital

If anyone knows the importance of a cross channel approach it’s James. A man with a plan and a thorough understanding of both marketing and digital. James works closely with clients to ensure the success of their marketing plans, goals and strategies.
