The Tealady picked up her jam pan in 2016 with the ethos of buying and gathering fruit and vegetables in season to make tasty products that are full of robust countryside flavours, hand-cutting and hand-stirring every batch.
Since then she has regularly won awards for the quality of her makes and this consistency means she is designated a Great Taste Producer by the Great Taste Awards. Her marmalades have also been recognised in the World Marmalade Awards.
"What I really love about Norfolk is its thriving indie culture. Everywhere you look there are quality independent shops, food producers, crafters, restaurants, farm shops and cafés. This network capability challenges national chains for a substantial slice of consumer spend and, during the spring and summer, this amazing group kept our county fed, watered and amused in difficult times."
