Dan gets his fingers green for a good cause

Our very own Dan Bradfield decided to swap the warm comfort of the office for wet and windy gardens across Norfolk as he spent the day getting involved with the Mow and Grow organisation.

Mow and Grow run a series of projects, one of which helps to provide gardening services for vulnerable tenants who are unable to maintain their gardens due to physical or mental health issues, a disability or long term illness.

The work they do makes a significant difference to lives across the county and Dan wanted to help out and learn more about the work they do.

He spent the day mowing lawns, trimming hedges and strimming edges all in aid of a good cause.

Or to get involved with the same scheme as Dan - https://www.norwich.gov.uk/info/20057/supported_living/1107/mow_and_grow_gardening_scheme_for_vulnerable_tenants
